What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic health care method that works on every aspect of your health, on different levels : physical, psychological, emotional, nutritional, and spiritual. It identifies and relieves the stresses which may be preventing the individual from enjoying excellent health.

It was developed in the 1960's by Dr. George Goodheart. It combines modern western techniques and knowledge drawn from Eastern health systems.

Kinesiology makes use of a bio feed-back technique called "Muscle Test"  to monitor the flow of energy throughout the body on a very subtle level. It is a basic tool of Kinesiology. Kinesiologist practitioners use it to identify factors which may be disrupting the individual's natural flow of energy, which is essential to a person's good health and well-being. With a muscle test, we can get to the root cause of a person's problems, whether this cause is physical, chemical, emotional, and/or energetic...

After clarifying the cause or root of an imbalance, a Kinesiologist uses various techniques to help release the identified stresses and balances the energy throughout the body which leads to harmony and balance of the body, mind and spirit. This harmony will bring you back to a natural state of Homeostasis : you recover the body's ability to self-heal.
